Don't Think About Solutions!

When working on a Use Case, we usually try to stay away from thinking about solutions.  Why do we try to avoid solutions?  We want answers and we want action, right?  We do NOT want more problems.

 

Well, we try to avoid thinking about soutions during Use Case definition because we need time to “admire the problem.” We need to wipe clean the proverbial slate.  By focusing on the problems within the Use Case, perhaps we get to see the situation freshly.
